How to connect

    Log in to SafeReact

    Log in to SafeReact at app.safereact.com (link opens in a new tab).

    Use your trial credits

    New accounts include trial credits so you can test right away. After onboarding, skip the upload steps and go directly to your dashboard.

    Open the Campaign Monitor integration

    Go to Integrations > Campaign Monitor.
  4. 4

    Connect your Campaign Monitor account

    Campaign Monitor connects with a pasted Account API Key instead of a sign-in prompt.
    1. 1.In Campaign Monitor click your name in the top right and open Account settings > API keys (Campaign Monitor's API key guide).
    2. 2.Copy the key shown under Account API key — not a key from an individual client's page. The account key is what lets SafeReact see the lists and segments across every client in your account.
    3. 3.If the page offers Generate new API key, note that generating one stops the previous key working everywhere it is in use.
    4. 4.Paste the key below, then click Verify And Connect.

    SafeReact reads a list's active subscribers, then writes its scoring columns back as custom fields on that list. Write-back never resubscribes anyone and never triggers your welcome autoresponders. Generating a new API key in Campaign Monitor makes syncs fail until the new key is pasted here.

    SafeReact stores the key encrypted and uses it only to read your lists & segments and write scoring fields onto your contacts. You can revoke it in Campaign Monitor at any time.

    Select your lists

    Select the lists you want to safely reactivate.

    Select Audience Reactivation

    Select Audience Reactivation. Runs are billed against the Audience Reactivation package included with this product.

    Note: Select Email Activity to get insights into 3rd party email engagement. This is billed as a separate append.

    Map contact properties

    Contact Property Mapping: choose which SafeReact fields become custom fields in Campaign Monitor. This applies to every list on this connection.
    • -To flag spam traps, bots, role-based addresses, and other hygiene issues, include the hygiene fields. Otherwise, exclude them.

    Review the periodic costs

    Review the periodic costs.

Note: Processing takes 15 to 20 minutes. Results appear as custom fields on your subscribers in Campaign Monitor, ready for segmentation and automation.
