Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information SafeReact LLC ("SafeReact," "we," or "us"), a FourLeaf company, may collect through our website at www.safereact.com (the "Site") and our email reactivation services (the "Services"). SafeReact's parent company is FourLeaf LLC ("FourLeaf"). The consumer engagement data and audience models that power our scoring are collected and maintained by FourLeaf and governed by FourLeaf's privacy policy (www.fourleafdata.com/privacy-policy). This Privacy Policy covers SafeReact's own Site and Services.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes are reflected here, and the date above shows the latest revision. By using the Site or Services, you accept this Privacy Policy.

We commit to:

• Never sell, rent, or share the contact lists our customers upload to us. We score them, return a recommendation, and delete them.
• Communicate our privacy practices clearly and describe your choices.
• Offer you choices about marketing communications.
• Secure your information through reasonable measures.
• Post the most current version of this Privacy Policy at our Site.

SafeReact's parent company, FourLeaf LLC, is a data broker registered under Texas law with the Texas Secretary of State (Texas SOS). The broader collection and any sale or sharing of consumer personal information is conducted by FourLeaf and is governed by FourLeaf's privacy policy. SafeReact itself does not sell consumer personal information through this Site.

Information you submit as a SafeReact customer (uploaded lists)

When a business client uses the Services, the client uploads a list of email contacts (for example, hashed or plain email addresses) for scoring. That uploaded list belongs to the client and is treated as the client's confidential information. We never sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose a client's uploaded list to any third party, and we never use it to build, train, or enrich our own data assets. We use it only to perform the scoring the client requests and to return the recommendation of which records are safe to mail, and then we delete it. We delete the uploaded list according to the retention option chosen by the client, and in any case within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law. This is further described in our Terms & Conditions.

Information we collect

SafeReact collects only:

• Site and usage data — when you visit our Site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, and similar analytics, including through cookies and similar technologies.
• Customer registration and contact data — information you provide when you contact us or get started, such as name, company name, work email, website, dormant-list size, and billing information.
• Customer uploaded data — the contact lists a client submits for scoring, handled as described above (never sold or shared; deleted after scoring).
• Engagement signals from FourLeaf — to score a client's list, we draw on consumer engagement data provided by our parent, FourLeaf. That underlying consumer data is collected and maintained by FourLeaf and governed by FourLeaf's privacy policy.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services; deliver scoring results; process transactions; and send confirmations, notices, and invoices.
• Respond to your questions and requests and provide customer service.
• Score a client's uploaded list (using FourLeaf's engagement data) to identify which contacts are safe to email and likely to engage, and return that recommendation.
• Monitor usage, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain the security of the Services.
• Comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell customer data, and we do not use a client's uploaded list to build or enrich our own data assets.

How we share information

We share information only as follows:

• Service providers who help us operate the Services (hosting, security, payments, communications), under confidentiality obligations and only as needed.
• Our parent and affiliates (FourLeaf and the FourLeaf family) to provide and improve the Services.
• Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce our terms, or protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell or share the contact lists our customers upload. Any sale or sharing of broader consumer personal information for advertising is conducted by FourLeaf and is governed by FourLeaf's privacy policy.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and others), you may have rights to know, access, delete, and correct your personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

• For personal information in the broader consumer dataset, those rights are handled by FourLeaf under FourLeaf's privacy policy. See www.fourleafdata.com/privacy-policy or our Do Not Sell or Share page.
• For information SafeReact holds about you (such as your registration and contact data), email privacy@safereact.com or call (800) 360-6213. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required. We may verify your identity before responding and will respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent with written authorization. To appeal a denial, contact us at the same address.

Your choices. Unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in any such email or by contacting us (you may still receive service messages). Most browsers let you control cookies. You can limit interest-based advertising through the Network Advertising Initiative (networkadvertising.org) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info). We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Customer-uploaded lists are deleted as described above.

Other sites, non-US users, and children

Our Site may link to third-party sites we do not control; their privacy practices govern any information you provide to them. The Site is intended for US users; if you are outside the US and submit information, you consent to its transfer to and storage in the US. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use reasonable technical, physical, and administrative controls to protect information. No method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
