Modernize your Mautic account with email intelligence. SafeReact adds an intelligence layer to your Mautic contacts, scoring every dormant, inactive, and suppressed record so you can protect deliverability and drive reactivation revenue from the list you already paid to build.

Each contact is scored on four pillars: Reachable, Responsive, Relevant, and Ready. Two protect your list by flagging invalid addresses, spam traps, bots, and role-based emails before they hurt sender reputation. Two make it worth money by surfacing recent engagement and purchase intent, so you can identify the contacts worth winning back.

Unique email data appends make SafeReact one tool that does both: reduce risk and protect sender reputation, while delivering the insight and enriched contact data you need to power conversion funnels and lifecycle emails. Scores and appends sync to Mautic as custom fields, ready for segmentation, automation, and targeted reactivation campaigns. Setup takes 2 minutes.

How to connect

Log in to SafeReact
Log in to SafeReact at app.safereact.com (link opens in a new tab).

Use your trial credits
New accounts include trial credits so you can test right away. After onboarding, skip the upload steps and go directly to your dashboard.

Open the Mautic integration
Go to Integrations > Mautic.

Connect your Mautic account
Mautic connects with a pasted Client Secret instead of a sign-in prompt. In Mautic open Settings > Configuration > API Settings, set API enabled to Yes and save (Mautic's API guide, opens in a new tab). Open Settings > API Credentials and click New. Choose OAuth 2, name it "SafeReact", paste the Redirect URI below and save.

SafeReact signs in with the client credentials, so no browser ever lands on this URL. Mautic just needs the field filled in.
Copy the Public Key (the Client ID) and the Secret Key (the Client Secret) from the saved credential. Create the credential as a user who can view and edit contacts, view segments and manage custom fields (an administrator is simplest). SafeReact reads your segments and contacts and writes its scoring fields onto contacts with that user's permissions.
Enter your Mautic URL, the Client ID and the Client Secret in the connection form, then click Verify And Connect.
Deleting the credential in Mautic, or regenerating its secret, makes syncs fail until the new one is pasted here.
SafeReact stores the key encrypted and uses it only to read your segments and write scoring fields onto your contacts. You can revoke it in Mautic at any time.

Select your segments
Select the segments you want to safely reactivate.

Select Audience Reactivation
Select Audience Reactivation. Runs are billed against the Audience Reactivation package included with this product.

Note: Select Email Activity to get insights into 3rd party email engagement. This is billed as a separate append.

Map contact properties
Contact Property Mapping: choose which SafeReact fields become custom fields in Mautic. This applies to every segment on this connection.
- -To flag spam traps, bots, role-based addresses, and other hygiene issues, include the hygiene fields. Otherwise, exclude them.
