Modernize your Ongage account with email intelligence. SafeReact adds an intelligence layer to your Ongage contacts, scoring every dormant, inactive, and suppressed record so you can protect deliverability and drive reactivation revenue from the list you already paid to build.

How to connect

    Log in to SafeReact

    Log in to SafeReact at app.safereact.com (link opens in a new tab).

    Use your trial credits

    New accounts include trial credits so you can test right away. After onboarding, skip the upload steps and go directly to your dashboard.

    Open the Ongage integration

    Go to Integrations > Ongage.

    Connect your Ongage account

    Ongage connects with a pasted API Key instead of a sign-in prompt. In Ongage open Account > API Keys and click Create new API Key (Ongage's API guide). Name it "SafeReact". Create it under a user with the admin role and API access enabled. SafeReact adds its scoring columns as list fields, and only an admin may create one. Copy the key Ongage shows. It is displayed once, so copy it before closing the dialog. Paste the key in the connection form, then click Verify And Connect.

    Select your lists

    Select the lists you want to safely reactivate.

    Select Audience Reactivation

    Select Audience Reactivation. Runs are billed against the Audience Reactivation package included with this product.

    Note: Select Email Activity to get insights into 3rd party email engagement. This is billed as a separate append.

    Map contact properties

    Contact Property Mapping: choose which SafeReact fields become list fields in Ongage. This applies to every list on this connection.
    • -To flag spam traps, bots, role-based addresses, and other hygiene issues, include the hygiene fields. Otherwise, exclude them.

Note: SafeReact reads a list through an Ongage contact search (and a segment through an export), then writes the scoring fields back onto each contact. Deleting the key in Ongage makes syncs fail until a new one is pasted here. SafeReact stores the key encrypted and uses it only to read your lists and segments and write scoring fields onto your contacts. You can revoke it in Ongage at any time. Processing takes 15 to 20 minutes. Results appear as list fields on your contacts in Ongage, ready for segmentation and automation.
